Since 2007 I've worked with Geopolis Theater as the primary poster designer/illustrator. The beauty of this job was the freedom allowed me in creating and exploring both my strengths and weaknesses as an illustrator. After a chat with the director of the play I would be free to create an appropriate image that would both be in line with my past posters while still capturing the essence of the play ( spoiler free however). I found these posters to be very challenging. With these types of subjects I always want to boil down the essence of what's going on into its most basic
